The indoor season is in full swing and Anna Laguza, a member of the EMPIRE Tennis Academy, plays at the famous U14 tournament. After a win in Milovice she has headed together with her coach Vladimir Platenik to Tarbes in France where Les Petits As (Small champions) tournament was taking place.

Petits AS Tarbes 2015 is considered to be the European equivalent of the Junior Orange Bowl in Florida, United States due to the high number of international players that it attracts. The event has seen a number of its champions go on to become slam winners, including Rafael Nadal, Michael Chang, Martina Hingis, and Kim Clijsters. The premier junior tennis tournament for players aged 12-14 is played on indoor Green Set (hard) courts.

Laguza was No. 8-seeded and she won against German Vecic in the 1R 6-1, 7-6(3), then against Whitney Osuigwe 4-6, 6-3, 7-5. She's in good form, what she confirmed in the 3rd round where she beat Spaniard Garcener 6-4, 6-7(0), 7-5. Laguza played against Anastasia Potapova in quarterfinals but lost to her 6-0, 3-6, 1-6. "Anna played perfectly from the beginning. She played tennis, which I would have expect. Unfortunately she does not have sufficient experience. For a while she lost concentration and Potapova began to play better. I saw that she is more experienced player. The tournament, however, went well for Anna. She needs to travel to the tournaments with a trainer and work on game strategy," evaluated Platenik the performance of Anna.

Laguza played also doubles partnering Tereza Najmanova:

1R: Jovana BABIC/Olga DANILOVIC (SRB) 5-7, 7-5, 11-9
2R: Polina KRUPCHENKO/Kamilla RAKHIMOVA [3] (RUS) 5-7, 6-4, 10-4
QF: Adrienn NAGY(HUN)/Iva ZELIC (CRO) 6-0, 6-7(4), 10-4
semifinal: Maria NOVIKOVA/Anastasia POTAPOVA [7] (RUS) 6-3, 4-6, 8-10
